Site Training

A site SOP - Standard Operating Procedure is defined for all erection and commissioning sites.

The standard operating procedures defines the following:

• Scope of work
• Tooling and maintenance instruments to be used at site
• Accessories and bought-out materials to be used at site
• Safety precautions
• Inspection criteria

A dedicated technically trained team is assigned for every project.

The project complete assembling methodology is explained to the customers, supervisors and engineers thru audio visual through the presentation. This presentation helps them to understand the erection and commissioning methodology.

Adequate personnel protective equipments like Pranav marked helmets and safety shoes are provided at erection site before start of the project.

Periodic feedbacks are collected from the site engineers as well as the customers and adequate actions are initiated.

Periodic Quality audits are conducted by the trained internal auditors to ensure the effectiveness of QMS.
