TUNNEL LINING MOULDS
For the first time in India, tunnel lining moulds have been designed and manufactured by Pranav. Each mould for 2000 plus repetitions was suitable for steam curing every 12 hours. Moulds were designed to be leak proof.
The casting of the segment was within tolerances of 0.25mm and the overall dimensions were permitted within an accuracy of+1mm. This was successfully achieved for a multinational client using moulds by Pranav.
