Outer Form, Side Panel Soffit & Trestles
This Project comprised of Circular Piers of 2.0m and 2.2m dia with flared Pier Cap of 5.2m at top. Height being 6.5m. Along with this was the Voided Slab 10.0m wide x 66.0 m long, for which complete formwork including Soffit, Side Forms, Staging etc was supplied by Pranav. Total tonnage was 250 Tons. Trestles of 600 x 600 x 1.0m height (in modules) for easy handling/transport/light weight weighing only 35 kg each and having load capacity of more than 20Tons. For level adjustment, Base Jacks were fitted to Trestle bottom.
Pranav did the complete design engineering/fabrication/ supply and liaison at site.
