 Kasheli Creek Bridge

Situated directly above the flowing creek near Kasheli in Thane, Maharashtra, Public Water Works Dept. (P.W.D.) planned an ambitious bridge project spanning the creek. The PSC cross girder was to be cast between piers with a 53m span. With no ground support possible for the girder, special heavy duty support structure at the side was planned.

Pranav engineered and supplied the construction system based on modularly designed small size panels.

These were maintained small to enable manual handling and assembly at a height above the creek with safety and ease. Each panel was manufactured to stringent tolerances and accuracy permitting flexibility and universal application without any undulation in the surface.

As a result of the methodology adopted, quantity of material and workmanship supplied, the handling, assembly and dis-assembly of the construction systems functioned as envisaged. Pranav's engineers were able to easily undertake this project because of their varied experiences in the field.
