Kali Sindh Bridge, Kota
Our Malaysian customer is constructing the Kali Sindh Bridge at Kota. Pranav has been selected for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of formwork for Pier, Pier Cap, Tee Beam and Bridge.
For the nearly 23 m high pier, climbing form 4.8m high was supplied for economical and faster construction.
Kali Sindh Bridge: comprises of Heavy-duty Standard trestle in modules of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 5.0m ht. All the construction was of bolted type for easy assembly, dispatch and erection. Each heavy-duty 23M high trestle is capable of taking 40T vertical loads.
The bridge T-Beam section of 44.0 M spans has 4 nos. T - Beams with an overall roadway width of 11.0 M. The T-Beam depth is about 3.0 m. The T-Beam formwork rests on transverse and longitudinal beams which are supported by trestles below.
The Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Supply of the complete 375 T was completed in three months' time.
