BREAK WATER SYSTEM
To prevent tidal erosion, a breakwater system required specially cast heavy concrete. Pranav developed the complete construction system to obtain the desired shape of the breakwater system.
The engineered system, including the casting methodology was jointly developed to achieve a quality product with high efficiency. A high utilization with more that 600 repetitions was achieved.
Based on the specific element shape requirements, Pranav's engineers supplied construction systems for various breakwater projects.
Those successfully concluded include tetrapods for a project at Porbunder, Hazira, Gujarat.
